Please verify our size chart and measure your child's foot before ordering to avoid any size issues. All shoes are inspected before shipping them out and we stand behind our quality of products. I gladly accept returns from the USA and Canada. All other International orders are FINAL!
Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. If eligible for return, orders must be sent back within 30 days from receiving date for a refund to your original form of payment, and please include your order's invoice slip in your return. Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges on your order are non-refundable.
Product must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION as received. You may try them on your child but cannot be walked on. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will be credited from refund. (For non-refundable transaction fees please read below).
I do not offer exchanges at this time. Please purchase the new pair and right size of moccasins and read returns policy above.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact me within the next 24-72 hours after placing your order. No cancellations will be accepted after this time frame.

Please note: Due to Shopify's new Terms of Service, payment transaction fees on orders are no longer eligible for refunds on returned/cancelled orders and for this reasons there will be a Restocking Fee of the amount charged on your order which will be deducted from your refund. So please make sure you order the correct size, measure your child's foot correctly and enter the correct mailing information. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are sad Shopify is implementing this new change on their policy that we have no control over, but we hope for your understanding.
**If you placed multiple separate orders, they are no longer allowed to be combined due to Shopify's new Term's of Service. Again, Shopify charges a transaction fee on the total of your order including the shipping fee and when issuing a refund on an order they are no longer refunding these transaction fees. So for this reason we can't combine orders and will be mailed separately.
