Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy


All of our products are 100% handmade, and made-to-order (otherwise specified like our ready-to-ship). Please verify our size chart and measure your child's foot before ordering to avoid any size issues. All shoes are inspected before shipping them out and we stand behind our quality of products. But please contact us at tribekicks@gmail.com with any concerns about your order and include your order number. Thank you!

 

RETURNS:

I gladly accept returns from the USA and Canada. All other International orders are FINAL!

Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. If eligible for return, orders must be sent back within 30 days from receiving date for a refund to your original form of payment, and please include your order's invoice slip in your return. Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges on your order are non-refundable.

Product must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION as received. You may try them on your child but cannot be walked on. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will be credited from refund.

Please note: There will be a $5 restocking fee on orders over $50 and those paid with Sezzle. Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES:

I do not offer exchanges at this time. Please purchase the new pair and right size of moccasins and read returns policy above.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact me within the next 24-72 hours after placing your order. No cancellations will be accepted after this time frame.

 

READY-TO-SHIP (RTS): All RTS sales are final!

 

RUSHED ORDER:

All rushed orders sales are FINAL!
